Return & Exchange Policy

At Miss Astute, we aim to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and any accessories must be intact and included.
  • Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration that is not a manufacturing defect.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Missing / Damaged Items)

To process any claim for missing or damaged items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed outer package from all sides.
  • The process of opening the package in one continuous shot.
  • The product(s) received inside the package.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@missastute.com.
  2. Mention your:
  • Full name
  • Order ID
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return
  1. Attach:
  • Clear photos of the product and the issue (damage, defect, etc.)
  • The unboxing video (if the claim is for missing or damaged items).

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps, including pickup or return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed 7–10 working days after the returned item is picked up and successfully verified by our quality check team, in line with RBI guidelines.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the UPI ID or bank account details provided by you at the time of return processing.

Please note that the timelines for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
  • Clearance products or items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before making a purchase in these categories.

6. Exchange Policy – Within 10 Days

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days frothe date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

a) Damaged Item

  • If you receive a damaged item (supported by photos and unboxing video), we offer:
  • Exchange with the same item, subject to availability.

b) Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
  • We will exchange it with the correct item, subject to availability.

c) Size Issue

  • If you have a size issue with your jewellery (where applicable):
  • We will exchange it for the same item in a different size/variant, subject to availability.

If the exact item or size is not available:

  • Our team will assist you in choosing the closest available variant, or
  • We will process a refund as per the refund policy mentioned above.
