Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, and COD (Only India). Payments must be completed before the order is processed.
  • Pricing Errors: In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders or correct the price.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to ensure the highest quality. We strive to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days, though this may vary depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak seasons or sale periods.

If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within the given timeline, we will promptly notify you via WhatsApp. Address changes can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct to facilitate smooth communication.

Shipping within India

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India. If your order contains a pre-order item, the dispatch time for the entire order can be up to 10 business days, and all items will be dispatched together.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. While we assist in tracking your parcel, we are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances on the part of our delivery partners.

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide and have partnered with trusted courier partners — BlueDart, India Post, and FedEx — to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • Custom Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Standard international delivery takes 2–3 weeks, though this may vary by country and can take up to 2 months in some cases.
